Welcome to Cozea.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cozea website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").
Cozea is currently operated by Crossand, a company based in Sacramento, California. Crossand may transfer the operation of Cozea to a separate legal entity in the future. In such case, these Terms will automatically transfer to that entity without requiring additional consent.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
"Cozea" refers to the Cozea platform.
"Service" means Cozea's collaborative development environment that allows users to connect and interact with third-party AI model providers within a unified workspace.
"User" means any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
"User Content" means any code, prompts, text, data, files, or other content submitted, generated, or processed through the Service.
"Third-Party Providers" means external AI model providers or services that users connect to through Cozea.
Cozea provides a collaborative development workspace that enables users to connect their own third-party AI model accounts and interact with those models inside a unified environment.
Cozea:
Users are responsible for maintaining their own accounts with third-party providers and complying with those providers' terms.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
By using Cozea, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

AI Output
Outputs generated by third-party AI models are governed by the respective provider's terms. Cozea does not claim ownership over AI-generated output.
Cozea Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Cozea platform, including its software, design, branding, and features, remain the exclusive property of Cozea.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Cozea may process technical data necessary to operate the platform, such as workspace metadata, logs, and configuration settings.
When you connect a Third-Party Provider, data you send to that provider is subject to their privacy policy and data handling practices.
If you create or join a shared workspace:
