Troubleshooting
Use this page to recover from common problems in the desktop app as quickly as possible.
If You Cannot Sign In
- 1Restart the desktop app.
- 2Try signing in again with the same account.
- 3If the issue continues, update to the latest build and retry.
If AI Does Not Match The Docs
- 1Check which models are actually visible in the app.
- 2If only Gemini is available, treat that as the current supported state.
- 3Do not assume provider connections are missing because of a bug if those controls are not yet user-facing.
Best debugging order
Check the current app build first, then check the visible interface, and only after that assume a feature is broken.
