Workspace Information
- Name: Display name
- Description: Brief description
- Slug: URL identifier (auto-generated, can be customized)
Updating Settings
- Go to Workspace → General
- Edit fields
- Click "Save"
- Changes apply immediately
Deleting Workspace
- Available to admins only
- Permanent action
- All projects and data are deleted
- Requires confirmation

Connecting Providers
- Connect OpenAI, Google, or Anthropic accounts
- Each team member connects their own providers
- Credentials stored only on your device
- No provider secrets saved to workspace/server

- Tracked cost (in units)
- Connected providers count

- See connection status per provider

Connecting an Integration
- Go to Workspace → CLI Tools
- Find the service
- Click "Connect" or toggle the switch
- Follow authentication steps
- Once connected, the AI can use these tools
Integration Status
- Connected: Active and ready
- Active: Working properly
- Expired: Needs re-authentication
- Needs Reauth: Reconnect required
- Revoked: Disconnected
Using Connected Integrations
- The AI Assistant can use connected integrations
- Deploy to Vercel, query Supabase, etc.
- Integrations appear in AI tool suggestions
- You approve tool usage before execution

- See integration status
- Disconnect integrations
- Re-authenticate when needed
Cloud Storage (Alpha)
Manage cloud storage usage and sync settings.
Understanding Storage Categories
- Source & Config: Git replica bundles, LFS objects, Source snapshots. Cannot be cleared (essential data)
- Collaboration Data: Real-time sync state, Document history (Yjs). Can be cleared (will reset collaboration history)
- AI History: Chat conversations, Prompts, AI context. Can be cleared (permanently deletes AI chat history)
- Build Cache: Compiled assets, Bundled output, Build artifacts. Can be cleared (regenerated on next build)
- Snapshots: Auto-saved project states, Point-in-time backups. Can be cleared (deletes restore points)
- Git History: Legacy pre-replica file version history. Cannot be cleared (essential data)
- Database Backups: Local database snapshots, Migration history. Can be cleared (deletes backups, not current databases)
- Assets: Images, fonts, media files. Cannot be cleared (project files)
Viewing Storage Usage
- Go to Workspace → Cloud Storage
- See breakdown by category
- View total usage vs. limit
- See size per category
Clearing Storage
- Go to Workspace → Cloud Storage
- Find a clearable category
- Click "Clear"
- Confirm the action
- Storage is freed immediately
Important Notes
- Clearing some categories has permanent effects
- Read warnings before clearing
- Some categories cannot be cleared (essential data)
- Clearing collaboration data resets history but doesn't affect current files
